InteRDom Internships in the Dominican Republic is pleased to announce that it has opened a special chapter of the internship program for Dominican citizens studying at or graduating from international universities, the Dominican International Student Program.
As an internship program of both national and international notoriety, InteRDom receives frequent inquiries from Dominican nationals studying in foreign universities who are looking to perform an internship in their native country. The Dominican International Student Program aims to cultivate personal and professional growth for those students and recent graduates who will be entering the job market, as well as to support the growth of Dominican organizations looking to grow and develop their programs with local talent.
InteRDom hopes this new division of the program will also cultivate a higher level of cross-cultural exchange by encouraging the Dominican students to serve as cultural ambassadors to their fellow international students participating in regular InteRDom programs.
Apply Applications are now open for summer programs, and applicants will follow the same application procedures as in other InteRDom programs. Applications are now being accepted for summer programs until April 20, 2013. Those interested in applying can do so by filling out the application form.
