The next stop in New York for the internship program InteRDom, an initiative of Global Foundation for Democracy and Development (GFDD) and Fundación Global Democracia y Desarrollo (FUNGLODE), will be at Columbia University. InteRDom will hold an information session together with Columbia’s Center for Career Education on February 17, 2009 at 6 p.m. for all students interested in participating in the summer and fall semester programs.
The Center for Career Education at Columbia services the students belonging to Columbia College, the Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, School of General Studies, School of Continuing Education, The Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, The School of Arts and the Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation. InteRDom, in turn, can offer students internships in almost every study area of arts and sciences, general studies and engineering, as well as many others.
This is the first time that InteRDom and the Center for Career Services have partnered for an event at Columbia University, and InteRDom is very excited to meet the students that they service.
The information session will be an opportunity for Columbia students to meet the InteRDom team, to see a brief presentation and video about the program, and to collect information and ask questions about the internship offering for 2009.
Interested students can drop off their resumes and fill out application forms for the program at the information session, as well as discuss their research projects with team members.
To make a personal appointment with a member of the InteRDom team in advance, please send an email to students@interdominternships.org
