Meet an InteRDom Representative at Your University

Share on:

The InteRDom team will be back on the road this fall, visiting campuses in the New York and Boston areas to speak to students about the exciting opportunities that an InteRDom internship will afford them.

InteRDom boasts a full fall ’09 travel agenda including 4 career and internship fairs and 4 information sessions. Career fairs are a good opportunity to collect promotional information and speak with an InteRDom representative about what internship and research opportunities are available to students. In contrast, information sessions are smaller, more private meetings where students can learn more in-depth about the details and intricacies of the program.

Team members will be accepting resumes and applications at all of the following events in the Fall of 2009:

September 25th: Columbia University Fall Career Fair- 11-4 p.m.
September 30th: Fordham University Fall Job Central Career Fair- 1-4 p.m.
October 8th: Columbia University Information Session- 5 p.m.
October 13th: Pace University Information Session- 5 p.m.
October 15th: Fordham University Information Session- 6-8 p.m.
October 20th: Baruch College Information Session- 5-7 p.m.
November 20th: Baruch College Diversity Job & Internship Fair
December 4th: Harvard University Summer Opportunities Fair

The internship program, InteRDom, an initiative of Global Foundation for Democracy and Development (GFDD) and Fundación Global Democracia y Desarrollo (FUNGLODE), is the premier internship and academic study program in the Dominican Republic. It offers international students the opportunity to obtain professional experience by interning with Dominican organizations and businesses related to their fields of study, complemented by courses and seminars at local universities.
